Denmark is a Key Investor of Leningrad Region

According to the regional statistics service during the first 9 months of 2011Leningrad region received USD 460 million of foreign investments. With $53,6 mln Denmark has become the second largest investor of the region.

  • $126,8 mln (27,6%) was invested in companies engaged in operations with real estate, rent and services
  • $109,0 mln (23,7%) invested in manufacturing
  • $100,3 mln (21,8%) invested in generation and distribution of electricity, gas and water
